We refrained from using any of the new foam spray insulation systems as we were not convinced by them. Unfortunately a lot of companies aggressively marketed and sold this product to homeowners who now have lost a lot of value on their properties as the foam is believed to cause the timber to decay/rot so mortgage companies will not lend on properties with foam insulation in lofts.
